It was average but our toilet did not flush. Once we brought it to the staff, they had to change our room as maintenance was not onsite.

Handle in shower - bath is broken. Possible small mold in ceiling. The AC was good (cool). The towels felt kinda moist. The access card does not work to enter on the side of hotel.

The area is nice and convenient but this property is a bit lacking. Towels had holes in them and were shabby, hair dryer didn’t work, no soap in dispensers, shower leaked and handles were wobbly. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.

The blonde girl at the front desk was sweet, I liked her. She was still sweet even when I wanted to cancel my stay, she made sure I was able to get my refund and handled everything professionally. I’ve stayed here at Candlewood a few times and I’ve never had an issue. But I just went on a trip recently to visit family and I couldn’t help how uncomfortable I felt in my hotel room. On the way to the hotel room there was this odor on the second floor it smelt like a mix of if the carpet was all wet and soaked and wet dog the whole floor has a stench. Then when I went to my room I found numerous amount of water cockroaches from the shower to the curtains on the window and even on the table connecting to the fridge. I immediately felt disgusted and I took video to show the lady at front desk to be sure I wasn’t lying, I didn’t want to cause a scene and I’m glad she was able to handle things professionally besides that the parking lot and outside was clean, parking was easy.

Room was nice, lobby and hallways were a little outdated looking. OK but when I made the reservation I didn’t realize there is no continental breakfast available at this hotel, so this err was on me. I’ll be staying somewhere else next time for I can pay the same price and get breakfast.

Great for families!

What a great room! We were in town for a football game. The room was spacious and clean. The entire staff was so friendly! Definitely on our list of places to stay in CSTAT!

The rooms were not ready. We moved twice. The first room was hot and humid AC not working properly. The next room had bugs. The building obviously needed some care. The staff was awesome. Taylor and Alexandria helped us get a room suitable for us to stay in. They exemplified customer service.
