Well lit and safe but definitely needs to be renovated and cleaned up on the outside. Decent for the price ($50a night)but you should probably only book here if everywhere else is booked for a football weekend, graduation, etc

The room was old and worn out, but fairly clean. The grounds were pretty dirty and the pool was murky. There was a loud party in the room below us. We won't stay again.
