Aggie Campus Suite is a private, one bedroom suite located within the Southside Historic District of College Station. This ideal location is a short walk to Texas A&M University, Aggie Park and Kyle Field.

The newly furnished suite features a master bedroom with king size bed, desk and sitting area. The living area includes a queen size sofa sleeper and dining table. During your stay, enjoy a 50'' flat screen television as well as free wireless internet. The kitchenette features a stovetop with an oven, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. The suite includes private entry and one covered parking space.

For your convenience, complimentary bottled water, coffee, and teas are always available to our guests.

Perfect for A&M camp

Great location near Legends Event Center for me, my daughter and her teammate. Great response time in a great neighborhood. Is it attached to a home so be aware of that. Only thing missing was a washer/dryer but a washateria was nearby. I would recommend and would stay again.

Location

Minutes away from everything but still in a quiet area. I stayed for a residency week at A&M and could not be happier. Close to the college, and restaurants. Apartment was clean and well kept. It is attached to the main house but I never actually saw the owners. No invasion of privacy at all.Owner was responsive via message and there were no issues. I hope it is available for my final residency next year.

Good location, that is all

Location is good, a long walk, but within walking distance to campus & easy drive to anywhere else you want to go. It is very small (as expected) and has very poor lighting. If a woman is staying here, bring a lighted makeup mirror! It is not the cleanest place either
the outside of my velvet makeup bag was covered in dust just from setting it on the desk in the bedroom. And some of the white towels in the bathroom were either dirty or stained/discolored. For the extremely high rental rate, it should be very clean. I would not stay here again.

Excellent Location, great space

The house is perfect for a couple traveling in for a game or work trip. There was ample space for both of us to work remotely on a non travel day. House if fully equipped and has everything you forget. Pertinent information, (address & wifi) is listed in several locations for easy accessibility. Decor is well thought out and comfortable. Our host was very responsive and got back to me quickly about a request to check in early, checked in on us and made sure we had everything. We will absolutely rebook this space on our next visit.
