The main highlight of our house is undoubtedly its location! Situated just a five-minute drive from downtown Collingwood, ten-minute drive from Blue Mountain, and 20-minute drive from Wasaga Beach, our property is perfectly located for anyone looking to enjoy all the attractions and activities that our four-season town has to offer. You'll be just a short distance away from popular destinations like the Scandinavian spa, Monterra Golf Course, and Blue Mountain Village.
As a brand new house, it is fully equipped with a kitchen boasting an open-concept floor plan and a beautiful farm-style dining room. The main living area has a comfortable sectional couch, TV, and a cozy fireplace, perfect for spending time with family and friends. With four bedrooms, each with its own comfortable bed, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and sleep comfortably. The main bedroom has its own TV and a roomy washroom with a shower and a freestanding bathtub.

Spacious house great for group celebrations

We enjoyed our 1 night stay here for a bachelorette party. The host was very flexible and understanding with our group and always got back in a timely manner. This is a great place to stay if you plan on playing games and going out to the mountains. There is a little ice tray to make ice otherwise i recommend bring a bag of ice if you plan to use it for drinks.
