A perfect weekend gateway!

This spacious 2400+ sq/ft home overlooks downtown Grafton and the confluence of the Mississippi and Illinois rivers. It accommodates larger groups by offering two master bedrooms (with private bathrooms), a bedroom with a bathroom across the hall, and a queen size sofa sleeper. A large front room and upstairs sitting area provide spectacular views of the rivers. Outside there is a deck and covered seating area for enjoying the same scenic view. Close to area attractions The Loading Dock, Grafton Winery, Aries Winery, Raging Rivers, Brussels Ferry, bike paths and Pierre Marquette State Park.

Perfect in every way

Our stay for a girls weekend getaway was perfect. The house is immaculately clean, perfectly located and so cute. The set up is perfect for a large group. We had 7 women and there was plenty of sleeping space and mirrors for getting ready in the morning! I will definitely stay here again! The host was quick to answer any silly questions we had about hair dryers or anything else too.

Wonderful for family gatherings!

We had 4 generations of our family here. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for interacting. Loved the big dining room table with seating for 8 (more when you add the available chairs throughout the house)!! Cooking equipment we felt was somewhat limited: One 6-7 qt. slow cooker, 2-slice toaster, and outdoor charcoal grill and basic pots and pans. (Did not find a lid cover for the largest skillet we used.) Dinnerware with service for 12 and the abundance of drinking glasses was great!! The steep hill was wonderful for viewing the Mississippi River traffic, but somewhat intimidating for us flatlanders (and the oldest generation) to climb and drive on.

Grafton Stay

Had a great weekend in Grafton. Met friends to run the trail run in Pere Marquette then did the Santa Pub Crawl. The house was awesome with a great location for all the activities in Grafton. Planning on coming back next year!

As usual, we were very pleased with this property. My only suggestion is for better lighting over the main table in the dining room. We always bring puzzles and when sun sets it is challenging to work the puzzle at this table

Girls Weekend!

We had girls weekend and chose this property due to it having three bathrooms...the property was so much more than we expected. The view is amazing, there are two outdoor areas to enjoy, the inside of the house fit us perfectly. The bedrooms had ample space, three bathrooms, a huge kitchen and the wonderful dining table that everyone could fit around. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. We shopped, ate, enjoyed cocktails and the live entertainment all day! The owners were quick to respond to questions and have a detailed binder that left no question unanswered for our stay. Small things they provided also were a great addition to our trip, coffee, hot cocoa, creamer, sugar and my favorite, good hand soap. WE will be staying again and recommending this place to our friends and family!

Witches on the water weekend

Owners are awesome! House was stunning! View was amazing! Unless you are very fit and do not mind a strenuous climb up a very steep hill, this may not be for you, but otherwise, this place is awesome!
