Beds were too tall . 32 inches! My 4'9" wife could not get in the bed, even with the stool we travel with. (Staff said I should have requested a handicap room.) Staff gave us a taller stool, but it was filthy (even a dead cricket). I had to scrub it in the bath tub. Rugs in room and hallway looked dirty. Entrance nearest our room was broken, and no luggage cart was available. Bedside electric recepticals were loose and made sparks.

Very clean, Staff was wonderful. Loved the fact that I could bring my dog and as long as she was in her kennel, we could leave her in our room, long enough to go pick up dinner. Will stay again.

We were visiting St. Louis for the weekend and this hotel was perfect. The price was great and we had plenty of room in our suite. The kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast buffet in the morning was very nice. We were only 15 minutes from downtown and it was easy to get to. For the amount of money we saved it was totally worth it. Will stay here again!

Close to Cahokia Mounds - 10 minutes. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Free breakfast though room coffee was significantly better than at breakfast. Brew in your room before going to breakfast.

I had an experience checking it. That i hope gets resolved. I booked on expedia. Gave my phone to the check in person. She told me it did not take to redo.....so i did. Then she called for help. I did not take out indurance since i was booking in front of the counter agent and knew i was staying. The other worker asked if i could cancel since i had 2 and start again. I was successful as cancelling 1 theu expedia. But not 2. So now i am charged 2x for a room. They are trying to correct this concern, since itbwas late. No, successful oitcpme yet. From expedia or the hotel. I hope it is corrected soon. Other thsn that the experience was great.
