Exceptional location, direct access to the beach (20 meters), to the center of the village, without vis-à-vis, view of the sea, the bay and the port of Collioure as well as the royal castle. Comfortable, close to all shops, restaurants, numerous cultural activities (Visit of the Royal Castle, Cinema, museums, conferences, guided tours) and internet.
Located on the 2nd floor of a building which has 4, it includes a small bedroom with a 140 bed and a cupboard with sliding doors, a living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet; a renovated and equipped kitchen (fridge, washing machines and dishwashers, mobile air conditioner, oven and electric hob, microwave, etc.).

Overall it was a good stay. The only thing i had an issue with was it was advertised with air conditioning. There is a big machine there that give air, but its more a fan than air conditioning. That became difficult to control as i had to constantly change the bucket of water filling up from the machine

Excellent Location!!!
The location is perfect; centrally located with amazing views of the fort and harbor from your windows. The representative from Py Agency walked us to the apartment and helped carry a suitcase. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Collioure.

Great Location
I chose this property for its view of the sea, the town and the castle. That didn't disappoint. The small flat is right across the bridge from the fort that overlooks Collioure and is on the main thoroughfare of the village. The feeling of being "in the thick of it" is wonderful, but you do have to sacrifice the quiet -- France streets are very noisy very early in the morning well into the night and this is no exception! However, the building is located just around the corner from the beaches, just upstairs from the cafes of the main street, and within a block or two of everything Collioure has to offer, which is a lot! The flat itself is very small and up two flights of stairs, so not easy with luggage, but the management agency did help me with mine when I went to pick up the keys. It was very clean, with an ample kitchen and living room area. There is a bedroom aside from the small couch you see in the photos -- I almost missed it, as it is behind a curtain! The bed is fairly comfortable but no room to maneuver in the room. And, be aware that there is a charge over and above for bed and bath linens, payable when you get the keys -- that was a surprise to me. I was also surprised to have to take my garbage about a half block away from the flat when I checked out!. The owner and the PY Agency were accommodating when I had to leave suddenly for a family emergency and I received a partial refund for the nights I had to cancel. Overall, its a very small, but bright and clean flat -- good for a single or a couple with a child -- as long as you love being right in the middle of the action of Collioure!

Flannel sheets in those temperatures - unbearable - why? Just be warned there are revellers that keep you awake on a Saturday night till 3.00 am and the dustcarts arrive at 5 am! Awful bathroom - tiny - on the positive side you can see the sea and you are in the centre of Collioure

Very straightforward process. Wonderful view of the port.
The flat is well-equpped, clean and everything works. Location cannot be bettered in Collioure. Owner is communicative and helpful. Bedroom very small but.....comfortable. In the end Collioure is such a French jewel and this flat is at the heart of it. If the car is important to you......the best parking is a good 300 yards from the centre. We'll be back.
