Very bright apartment, not overlooked, with a beautiful panoramic view of the vineyards and the mountain. Living room overlooking a large private terrace, full sun, partly covered by a shade sail, equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers.

Comfort with air conditioning, fully equipped with appliances. Provision of internet Wifi. Possibility of parking near the house.

Close to the beach (250m) the apartment is located on a path very little used by cars because dead end. The environment is serene and bucolic, very green. The path leads through the vineyards, on one side to the hiking trails overlooking the bay of Collioure (plans made available by the owner) and on the other side to beaches (250m) and village (center 10mn to foot). Shops are at 200m: bakery, grocery store, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, anchovy trade, tobacco-press .... The use of the car is useless because the amenities are nearby. From the entrance, nice view on Fort St Elme and the old windmill.

Amazing Location

What a fantastic find. Really surprised about how short a walk it was to the beach and town, literally barely 5 minutes. Couldn't have asked for a better location, close to everything but still set in peaceful and tranquil surroundings.It was clean, tidy, beds comfy and we were met and shown round on arrival which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend staying here if you want to explore Collioure x

TRES BON SEJOUR A COLLIOURE

Cet appartement est très bien situé, au calme sur les hauteurs , vue dégagée sur les vignes et près du centre du village. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants.

Séjour parfait

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans ce logement. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique, donnant sur les vignes avec une vue très dégagée et la possibilité de voir de beaux couchers de soleil. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, il ne nous a rien manqué. La literie est confortable. Une petite chambre avec 2 lits une place, à prévoir pour enfants ou ados. Il est situé près des commerces et plage, à pied en moins de 10mns, un point très positif pour ne pas avoir à prendre sa voiture. Le propriétaire est disponible, à l'écoute et de bons conseils. Nous recommandons ce logement et espérons pouvoir y revenir une prochaine fois.

L'appartement assez spacieux ( mais chambres "cabines") est bien situé à proximité du port de Collioure . La vue depuis la terrasse est très agréable . Accueil sympathique . Bon équipement général . une bonne adresse .

Trés beau séjour, logement très bien situé dans un cadre magnifique.

Le logement est très bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur le vignoble, à 2 pas de la plage et près des commerces. Le propriétaire est très acceuillant et très disponible. Le seul bémol concerne les chambres. Les 2 sont aveugles et l’une d’elles fait environ 7m2 pour 2 personnes. Il est préférable de le louer pour 2 personnes ou 2 personnes + un enfant en bas âge, mais non pas à 4 comme indiqué dans l’annconce.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons séjourné 1semaine début Mai dans cet appartement idéalement situé à 10 mn à pied du centre ville. Nous avons apprécié le calme de cette petite résidence baignée par le chant des nombreux oiseaux qui nichent au milieu d'une végétation luxuriante... Calme et repos assurés ! Le logement est fonctionnel et très lumineux avec de belles baies vitrées et donne sur une superbe terrasse exposée Sud-Ouest. Ce fut vraiment un agréable séjour !
