"L'AUTRE PETIT PARC", a 51 m² duplex, completely renovated and open since November 2024, has an independent entrance opens directly onto the park.
It benefits from all modern equipment to create a comfortable environment. A neat interior decoration gives it an elegant charm in the middle of a real island of greenery.
It is composed of:
- an entrance with a cupboard.
- a living room with HD cable TV and channels with subscription.
- a fitted and fully equipped kitchen.
- a hallway with a work space.
- a bathroom with a bathtub with shower, a washing machine and a toilet.
- a bedroom with new and quality bedding, facing south with a view of the park.
