In the heart of downtown Colmar, just steps away from Little Venice and in the immediate vicinity of the "old customs square", the Duplex Gluck (97m²) welcomes you in a modern and pleasant setting. Ideal for a family stay, with friends, with colleagues, for a weekend, vacation, or work. With its 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, the apartment can accommodate up to 8 people.



It consists at the first level:

an air-conditioned living/dining room, with a double sofa bed and television,

a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster, washing machine),

a bedroom with two single air-conditioned beds,

a separate shower room and toilet,

Upstairs, you will have:

a bedroom with two single beds,

a bedroom with a double bed,

a bathroom with bathtub and toilet



The apartment is on the 2nd floor with an elevator. There are 5 steps between the apartment entrance and the living area.



The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A paid street parking zone with parking meters is available nearby.

The Montagne Verte public parking is located 3 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers 690 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of electric car charging).

You have the option to book private parking spaces within a 500m radius of the accommodation. These spaces are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is mandatory. Rate starting from 12€ per night, per space.

Do you want to sleep in a double bed? Once the booking is made, you can reserve a "double bed" option for 30€ per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress topper and a double duvet.



House Rules:

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.



Bed and toilet linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order an additional "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 60€ before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 120€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.



For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning, during the stay, with changing of household linen is included in the rate, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.



For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "mid-stay cleaning" option before the stay, always excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.



A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.

The location is perfectly situated in the heart of Old Town Colmar. The apartment is as pictured. It’s spacious, comfortable and clean. Check in is easy. I will recommend this apartment to others who want to visit Colmar. We parked at Saint Josse parking garage which was convenient, easy and inexpensive.

Tout a était parfait emplacement, propreté, espace,exactement comme sur l'annonce. Pour la bagagerie petit bémol pour trouver la clef nous ne l'avons pas trouver donc payé pour rien.
