This charming three-bedroom apartment located next to a railway line, completely renovated in the summer of 2021, is just a stone's throw from the old town, not far from the famous Unterlinden museum. You will find restaurants and shops within a 5-minute walk. Practical and cozy, this apartment is ideal for a pleasant stay in Colmar as a couple, with family, with friends, for a weekend, vacation or for work.



The housing benefits from excellent double glazing as well as air conditioning units installed in the different rooms. These were put in place by the owner to ensure optimal comfort during periods of high heat and to avoid having to open the windows during the day.

🌃Colmar, city of art, history and heritage: Despite the ups and downs of a turbulent history, the city has managed to preserve an exceptional homogeneity of its historic center which, classified as a "protected sector," has benefited from permanent restoration and enhancement. The vast pedestrian zone of the old town allows visitors to admire the countless treasures of a heritage as rich as it is varied, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.

Whether it is the House of Heads (erected in the early 17th century) which owes its name to the 111 heads that adorn its facade, or the Pfister House, a beautiful bourgeois residence from the Renaissance period but of medieval design, each of its monuments is unique in its kind.

Colmar's religious art is moreover very rich: the Church of the Dominicans which houses the famous "Virgin in the Rose Bush" by Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Collegiate Church of Saint Martin are wonderful examples of pure and sober Gothic art, of great austerity.

Wandering through the streets, the visitor, amazed, discovers the numerous and beautiful signs, the roofs with shimmering colors... Strolling along the Fish Market quay, formerly the nerve center of fishing and fish sales, one falls under the charm of this picturesque district, now called "Little Venice".

Aufenthalt war toll. Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen von den Fotos noch übertroffen! Und war blitz blank sauber. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit bequemen Sofas. Grosse und hohe Einzelgarage. Das Checkin ist super gelöst. Leoder stimmte der Code vom Schlüsseltresor für die Wohnung nicht. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat mit dem Support hatten wir dann den richtigen Code. 5mins zu Fuss und man ist in dem Städtchen mit sehr vielen Restaurants Souvenir Shops. Wer dort Abendessen möchte, sollte unbedingt reservieren. Alles in Allem waren wir super zufrieden und genossen einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. D. Blaser

Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr verkehrsgünstiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt oder am Bahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. sind auch in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Da die Wohnung direkt an der Bahnlinie liegt, hört man zwar durchaus Züge, aber uns hat dies nicht weiter gestört. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vor Ort war unproblematisch und sehr nett. Absolut empfehlenswert.
