In the heart of the old town of Colmar, listed as a historical monument, within the famous Arcades that gave it its name, the Neubau apartment is a superb 60mÂČ apartment renovated in the fall of 2021, with a lot of charm, blending old and modern. It is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet building (without an elevator).



This accommodation is for a maximum of 4 adults. It is possible to accommodate 2 children to reach the total capacity of 6 people (nested beds not suitable for adults).



You will be close to shops, restaurants and bars as well as the various tourist and cultural points of interest in Colmar.



This apartment is equipped with two spacious bedrooms, the first with a double bed and a second with two nested beds offering 4 single beds in total.

The bright living area consists of a kitchen space, dining area, and a living room space.

The kitchen is equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, stovetop, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pans, pots, dishes, and kitchen utensils).

A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet completes the accommodation.



You can optionally reserve a private parking space nearby.

The Montagne Verte public parking is located 100m from the accommodation with a rate of around €40 per 24h.

The Saint Josse public parking is located 600m from the accommodation with a rate of €3 per 24h.

Colmar: A city to be consumed without moderation!

For Georges Duhamel (who wrote it in 1931), Colmar was the "most beautiful city in the world"... It has also often been claimed that it was the most Alsatian of Alsatian cities!

Without entering into a competition of superlatives, Colmar remains undoubtedly an exceptional city for the richness and variety of its historical and architectural heritage.

It is located near Germany and Switzerland, between the Vosges and the Rhine, Strasbourg and Mulhouse. The city offers visitors a striking shortcut of over a thousand years of European history. Moreover, Colmar keeps, with its 67,000 inhabitants, an endearing side of a "city in the countryside" that is its entire charm.

Despite the vagaries of a tumultuous history, the city has managed to preserve an exceptional homogeneity of its historic center, which, classified as a "safeguarded sector", has benefited from permanent restoration and enhancement. The vast pedestrian zone of the old town allows visitors to admire the countless riches of a heritage as rich as it is varied, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.

Whether it is the House of Heads (erected at the beginning of the 17th century) which owes its name to the 111 heads that adorn its facade, or the Pfister House, a beautiful bourgeois residence from the Renaissance period but of medieval design, each of its monuments is unique in its kind.

Colmar's religious art is also very rich: the Dominican Church, which houses the famous "Virgin of the Rose Bush" by the Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Saint Martin Collegiate Church are wonderful examples of pure and sober Gothic art, of great simplicity.

Strolling through the streets, the visitor, amazed, discovers the numerous and beautiful signs, the roofs with shimmering colors... Wandering along the Fishmongers' Quay, formerly the nerve center of fishing and fish sales, one falls under the charm of this picturesque district, now called "Little Venice".

Animals are strictly prohibited.



Bed and bathroom linen, as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and bathroom facilities.



However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up the inside of the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a so-called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you



A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking via the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.

The best apartment in sweet Colmar!

This apartment was perfect in every way: it was well decorated, comfortable and very well positioned (right at Little Venice, close to parking, and right above the best restaurant in Colmar - La Galeria, next door to the grocery store Casino, across the street from a pharmacy, right next to a giant playground, etc.). I was amazed at how well equipped it was too - it had a baby cot, a baby high chair, scissors (which we were so glad to find in the drawer when we needed scissors!) and even a scale (which helps for weighing bags before returning to the airport). The neighbors below and above were so sweet too and helped us when we accidentally got locked out of the building late at night. We loved this apartment and will definitely be back!
