The Le Nid Cozy apartment is a spacious 76m apartment ideally located between the historic center of Colmar and the train station. Practical and cosy, this apartment is ideal for spending a good stay in Colmar alone, as a couple or with a baby, on weekends, holidays or for work.

a bedroom with a double bed as well as plenty of storage and a second terrace overlooking the back of the building, quiet

Colmar, city of art, history and heritage: Despite the vagaries of a turbulent history, the city has managed to preserve an exceptional homogeneity of its historic center which, classified as a "saved sector", has benefited from a restoration and permanent enhancement. The vast pedestrian area of the old town allows visitors to admire the innumerable riches of a heritage as rich as it is varied, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.

Whether it is the Maison des TĂȘtes (built at the beginning of the 17th century) which owes its name to the 111 heads that adorn its facade, or the Maison Pfister, a beautiful bourgeois residence from the Renaissance period but of medieval design, each of its monuments is unique in his genre.

The religious art of Colmar is also very rich: the Dominican Church which houses the famous "Virgin of the Rose Bush" by the Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Saint Martin Collegiate Church are wonderful examples of pure and sober gothic art, of great sobriety.

This apartment and all the outbuildings are non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is strictly prohibited.



Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.



Animals are allowed with a supplement of 30€ per animal, per stay, with prior request.



Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.



However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge freezer, the dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as clean up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.



A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. Eine tolle Wohnung. Durch eine kluge Raumaufteilung ist die Wohnung großzĂŒgig und modern, voll ausgestattet und perfekt fĂŒr 2 Personen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem (wichtig bei lĂ€ngeren Aufenthalten). Die Garage in etwa 200m Entfernung ist problemlos zu erreichen. Es hat alles gepasst. Danke.
