Most impressive hotel I have ever been in
Pros:Absolutely Everything!
Location:This hotel is right next to the Cathedral and loads of pedestrian only shopping streets
Without a doubt the nicest hotel we have ever been in. The hotel itself is quite large. The rooms were opulent, large by any standard and loaded with amenities. The staff were beyond helpful, the concierge, who was a great guy, recommended a traditional beer hall that was amazing. Cologne itself is a wonderful city with tons of things to do, from sightseeing to shopping to, my favorite, eating. We have had the good fortune to go many places and the Cologne Cathedral may be the most impressive building I have ever seen from the outside. My only regret is that I wish we had stayed longer.

The nicest hotel in Germany
I stayed in 6 different hotels from Munich to Frankfurt to Koln and this was the absolute best! The location is perfect - right across the street from the Dom. But the staff and the service was amazing! They really know how to take care of guests and they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I accidently left my cell phone in the car when i arrived and dropped the car off at the valet. As i was going upstairs (after checking in) this frantic bell hop came sprinting down the hall with my phone! He was running as fast as he could and when he arrived he handed me the phone and without a beat said, "sir - i don't want you be without your phone." Amazing service. That was just one example - there are many more - you stay here - you WILL NOT be dissapointed!!
