The hotel is in the middle of everything you want to see and do in Cologne. They helped us in celebrating a birthday. The restaurants and bars are all a very short walk from the front door. The staff was fantastic.

The location was excellent—just a few minutes' walk from the central train station, the Kölner Dom, and the historic train center, making it incredibly convenient. My room was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the spa area, which added a relaxing touch to my stay. One of the highlights was the impressive breakfast spread—it included a wide selection of meats, cheeses, breads, a full English breakfast, pastries, coffee, juices, and more. While I personally wouldn’t have paid the ~18 euros for it as a petite eater, it was included at no extra cost through my Hotels.com booking. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would certainly stay here again!

Great location. We were able to walk to everything. Wonderful shopping and restaurants and the staff was amazing. I explained I fell on the street and they immediately assisted and washed my coat. Would absolutely stay here again.

Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure. This property is conveniently located just across the street from the philharmonic, ludwig museum, and cathedral. Mini bar prices were reasonable. Primary complaint is that room only offered instance coffee kettle.

Rooms are very well appointed and clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was lovely but very expensive, especially if you only want something small, maybe a second option where you can have only pastry and coffee might be a good option. Location is great, convenient for exploring the city and for transportation.
