Good location, clean room and comfortable bed, but house keeping service is hit and miss, we stayed for four nights, but 2 days out of 5, only one cup is provided for 2 Guests, and no replacements of milk or tea bags daily ince used up.

I booked for myself and my teen. I booked him as a teen but the hotel booked him as a child. There was a very rude lady at breakfast who shouted at me because my son is 14 and not under 12. I was supposed to have free breakfast include for both of us as part of my package. I was charged 24 Euros for my teen who didn’t actually eat anything, and was embarrassed while I was trying to eat my food.

A lot of more central hotels were described as 'noisy' and this one wasn't, although it is on two main roads and a tram station We walked from the main train station which took 30-40mins (and you could get public transport, it was reliable when we used it) but you walk through the centre with all the bars and the cathedral Hotel was clean and staff were friendly

Hotel was clean and easy to find, with a convenient onsite parking garage. Check-in was smooth even late at night. Our room was very spacious with a balcony, good amenities, and even a small cooking area with a hot plate and sink. Location was excellent—just a short walk to the Cologne Cathedral, shopping, and plenty of restaurants.

The hotel had several issues. From bleach stained carpets to mouldy grout in the showers, holes in the ceiling all over the restaurant areas and reception… it left a lot to be desired. Breakfast facilities were good however, and the beds themselves were clean and comfortable. The in room Tea and coffee facilities are poor, with cheap instant coffee and a kettle.

Excellent service location and comfort

Excellent hotel . Reception staff very friendly and sorted all our small issues quickly and efficiently. Lift stop in front of reception so easy to carry suitcases etc .Room very clean and comfortable. No noise from street .Very close to places of interest River Rhine cathedrals and buses and ferry. Shops and places to eat on same street just outside hotel so very convenient. Did not have breakfast in hotel as a bit expensive.

The staff are lovely and helpful, they printed out conference papers for me and were always very efficient. Breakfast is a huge spread and worth it. Walk down Severinstraße to the Severinstorburg and you'll find a market, lots of cafes, restaurants and more. Also don't miss the Katzentempel cafe if you are a cat fan.

Great hotel just a short walk from the centre of Cologne. The hotel was clean, convenient, and affordable. The room was a good size and included a mini fridge and safe. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Wanted to stay another night but was cheaper to pack stuff check out and check back into another room 🤔 Hotel needs to look at this. Breakfast very good including gluten free opinions, although no sperate toaster for the gluten free waffles also vegan and vegetarian.
