The whole property, although in a nice neighborhood, appears shabby and grimy. The mattress should have been replaced years ago, and it sagged and gave me a back-ache when I got up, which affected my holiday.

I felt that this place is creepy... I could hear screaming and the police came. There seem homeless and people look like living there😅 I couldn’t go outside at night I don’t wanna stay there again..

Everything I needed
Ideal location adjacent to the Hauptbahnhof (main train station) & city centre. The dormitory, toilets, showers & communal areas were all clean. The WiFi worked perfectly with additional hubs across the floors to ensure a good connection. Multi lingual staff were pleasant & helpful. I made use of the offer to store luggage free of charge after officially checking out & was pleased that the storage room had around 100 lockers, rather than just being a room where bags could be interfered with. The only disappointment was that I was too fat for the largest available sweatshirt - would otherwise have bought one.

Good hostel
Excellent service, bathrooms, toilets and bedroom were very clean and tidy. Bed frame a bit creaky but still got a comfortable nights sleep
