Perfect hotel in the center of Cologne
Very good hotel located in the center of the city (at Rudolfplatz). Subway (U Bahn and tram) is just in front of the hotel. Coming from Cologne-Bonn airport was very easy by train (it took 30 minutes with one train change).City center is in the walking distance. Room was very big (we stayed 3 adults) and clean. Kettle and Nespresso machine was in the room. Everything was perfect related to our stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

Rooms not ready for check in but all else ok
I Already gave feedback through this forum mid stay regards our check in chaos but never got a response from hotel which was a major disappointment. Worthy of mention are the barman Milan and the porter gentleman who were both friendly and helpful

Excellent neighborhood, very nice breakfast but too long check in , most probably because of Christmas Days Upgrade and view weren’t given at the beginning even though i booked them, i had to call the reception again and mention it and then we changed the room

Beautiful hotel in great location
Really comfortable rooms with excellent shower and plenty of space. Lounge area is relaxing with nice background music. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Will return again soon hopefully.
