A+ glamping and a super helpful owner!
This is a really cool place! The tent we stayed in was plenty spacious with a comfy king size bed, love seat, heater, AC and a cooler. Outside there is a personal fire pit, BBQ and picnic table. There are cute twinkle lights inside and out. The views of the nearby mountains are amazing, and the sky is super dark at night. We brought our telescope and it was awesome! And nothing beats a nice hot shower after a day of sandboarding.😁 We did run into an issue with Hotels.com, allowing us to book the site for 3 adults, however, the tent only accommodates 2 adults with the king-sized bed. I reached out to the owner and he was super helpful in helping me get a cot for our third member to sleep on.

Fun experience
It was a great experience! Very clean. Nice set up. Space heater/AC available in the Wagon. Great bedding for it being 42°F at night. Bathrooms were clean & stocked. We absolutely loved our stay! Thank you

Great Camping Experience at Desert Sage
I had the pleasure of speaking to both Aaron and Danny, who are the owners when setting up my stay at Desert Sage. They are both great, friendly, and very accommodating individuals. The tents are clean, roomy and the campgrounds provide an opportunity for the camping experience but the convivences of restrooms and showers are close at hand. This is a perfect spot for grilling, campfires and stargazing just outside of your tent.

A Unique, Fun, Clean and Comfortable Place to Stay
We really enjoyed our two-night stay in the Covered Wagon. It got cool at night, but with the two heaters inside, we were totally comfortable. The bed was comfy, with 4 pillows, sheets, comforter and heavy blanket. There is a couch, a 4-cubby stand, a cooler (we didn't use), and a stool/bench. The bathrooms (some just a toilet/sink and others had toilet/sink/shower combo) were clean, warm with good lighting. There were 2 hooks for hanging towels/clothing, a stand with good space for your stuff and even some space around the sink. Each space had a garbage can, chairs, picinic table, charcoal grill and a short fire pit. There were tools and supplies for cooking in The Office. Some of it was free (such as tools and spices/condiments) and some things, like charcoal, lighter fluid, snacks, were available for purchase. There was a box for cash or instructions for paying by Venmo or adding to your bill. Danny was great texting us with all the instructions and information we would need, answered questions about dining out. The common area in the center had a fire pit, chairs, cute lighting and was well maintained. There is a sauna but we did not use it. We found it quiet and peaceful. A fun and unique place to stay. We used it as our accomodations for visiting Zion (about an hour) and Navajo Bridge/Lee's Ferry area (about 2 hours). Would highly recommend for something different.

This is a unique find for us. We were traveling between Bryce Canyon, Zion, and the North Rim and this was centrally located. Everything was new and clean. The amenities made things very convenient and comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful all around.

This is such a cute and amazing place to stay! If you enjoy camping, but don't like setting up your own tent and also enjoy being able to shower, this is place for you! The views of the mountains around are great for watching sunrises and sunsets! Each site has there own grilling section and table to eat at, and there is a common area with a fire pit, what more could you ask for? A little under an hour drive to Zion, so if you plan on visiting the park, here is the perfect glamping experience!
