Summer stay in the Springs
My family and I stayed at this wonderful home that was close to where My Wife grew up. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to Ute park, Garden of the Gods, and many other fun outdoor activities. It’s nice to be in a quiet spot, and not too far from Downtown, Broadmoor, the Zoo, and Manitou Springs. The amenities were great and our family enjoyed the sleeping and relaxing accommodations as well as the hot tub after a long hike. Overall it was a great experience and we enjoyed our stay.

USAFA Trip
The house was very clean and comfortable. The house is maintained in good shape. Quiet neighborhood with great access to USAFA and local stores and restaurants. There are surface roads you can take to USAFA avoid traffic on the freeway as well. Very close to the Garden of the Gods. I would highly recommend. Rooms are small.

Family travels
Arrived at the house at 4pm and was able to get in with the code provided. The house was a little stuffy and opened windows to air out when first arrived. Everything was in order. Three bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms upstairs. Bedrooms are carpeted. Bathrooms had plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and spices. Tiled floors downstairs in the living area along with 1/2 bathroom, washer, and dryer. Able to see a view of the mountains from the front of the house. There was a 2 car garage with remote to open. Hot tub on back porch but did not use. Easy access to surrounding attractions and located in a good neighborhood. Traveled with my husband, adult son, and older sister and enjoyed our visit. Used the coffee maker, toaster, oven, stove. and dishwasher and all worked well.

We enjoyed our spring break in Colorado and felt right at home in this rental! The hot tub was a hit. The home was nice and cozy and in a great neighborhood. The view of the mountains close by was stunning. Overall a good experience!

Beautiful house
The house was beautiful and stores were near by. We arrived earlier than planned and were able to check in early and even a late check out too, Lloyd was quick with responses. Downfall was the downstairs toilet wasn't working, it was offered to fix it, but the other 2 bathrooms upstairs were enough during our stay. We'd definitely stay again if we're ever back in the area

Great Location
This property was great for our group of 6. We had our 2 year old grandson and there was plenty of room for him to play and the neighborhood park was his favorite. The views were amazing and the deer visited daily. The location was perfect for adventures to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Royal Gorge and local breweries. We were determined to see snow so we made a quick trip to Breckenridge which was only 2 hours away. We would definitely stay again.
