The Cozy Cottage, built in 1914, was newly renovated and remodeled in 2019. It features 2 queen bedrooms, a comfortably sized living room, 1 bathroom with a full tub, and a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and granite countertops.
Upon entering, the welcoming and comfortable living room will put you right at ease and make you feel right at home. It includes a comfortable couch, coffee table, and a small dining area. Past the living room, Bedroom 1 includes a queen-sized bed with storage underneath, a large closet, and a television. Open the blinds and curtains for a view of the beautifully landscaped yard where you will often see deer, raccoons, and other wildlife. The second queen bedroom is also off the living room area. This bedroom is smaller, yet super charming, with the same bright and beautiful views of the yard. The large dresser will provide plenty of space for those who like to unpack and feel right at home. The large closet in the living room can also be used to store suitcases, shoes, camping chairs, etc. The bathroom is located across from Bedroom 1 and has tub and a shower.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you might need including brand new appliances, blender, toaster, and all the cookware and bakeware you could need. The Cuisinart Coffee Center is the best part! Start your morning off right with complimentary coffee or tea! From the kitchen, you can access the washer and dryer with complimentary laundry soap and fabric softener sheets, as well as the front patio and totally fenced-in backyard area, perfect for your furry friend!
