Shocked to learn that an “airport hotel” didn’t provide shuttle service for either of the times I needed it. That’s the whole reason I booked this hotel.

Supposedly their credit card system was acting up, so they had to run my card 6 times for $75 each for incidentals. Was also charged $48 for breakfast that was not available due to their restaurant being closed. Some charges were reversed, but in the end, I was charged an extra $198 on top of a $383 stay. Avoid this hotel and all others owned by this property manager.

Excellent experience at this convenient hotel. Quick shuttle to the airport and long-term parking -- though they now charge for the parking service.
