The check in was a disaster. Staff incompetent. It took 5 people 28 minutes to get checked in to my room. Then I had to return every day to get a new room key because it wasn’t working. Only one young man apologized for the inconvenience. The rest of the front desk staff was awful. Perhaps they should be forced to go through the process as a patron. Worst hotel staff I’ve experienced in over two years.

We found a bed bug in our room on Friday morning and pointed it out to the staff. We checked out immediately and expect to be refunded for at least the night (Friday the 9th) that we did not stay.

Check in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was looking for the hotel info and didn't see till the next morning that it was on a qr code. The room was clean with a spacious layout. The pool hours being 6am to 10pm is fantastic! And breakfast hours are generous in timing as well. Street mobile app parking is a reasonable alternative to valet. I would definitely stay here again when in Colorado Springs. The only possibly negative thing so far is the smell of the hallway. It's kinda musty or something, though being highly sensitive to mildew and toxins, I didn't have allergic reaction. The shower had no fan. This may be the reason for the smell.
