Entire top floor with private entrance but NOT 1st or 2nd floors. You will never see owner. Space for the whole family! Lots of wildlife, many hiking & ATV/OHV trails just 5 minutes away. Close to 11 Mile Canyon, Mueller State Park, Florissant Fossil Beds, Garden of Gods, & white water rafting. In the middle of the Rocky Mountain playground. Fishing, hiking, boating, kayaking and 2 miles from ATV trail head.

The kitchen was well stocked with necessary items, as well as fun extras. It was clean and a beautiful setting. The hosts were very responsive and kind. We highly recommend this location!
