Within 5 minutes get to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Broadmoor 7 falls, Broadmoor World Arena, Broadmoor hotel, and downtown Colorado Springs filled with dazzling restaurants to try above and below ground. 10 minutes you can go to Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs including the incline, Cave of the winds. 15 minutes to Garden of the Gods and to the Cog Railway that takes you to the TOP of Pikes Peak! Very nice house with working AC with great location. Very clear instructions in a binder upon arrival lots of space in the kitchen and both bathrooms very clean. The neighborhood was. There is a Walmart within 5 minutes and a bar restaurant within walking distance . Would have earned 5 stars but the kitchen was missing several essential items. We are a family of five and prepared many meals in the house and a lot of the cookware and utensils were missing. I think it is a newer listing and in no time it will be the perfect setup for families. There were no cutting knives in the kitchen and I reached out to Ariel and within an hour she had brought over a knife. I would definitely stay at this house again if I'm in the area. The host is very quick to respond to any question or request.
