The space was clean and conveniently located about 20 minutes from the soccer field, which worked well for my needs. My only suggestion for improvement would be regarding the availability of extra blankets. I requested one during my stay, but it seemed there were none available. It would be more accommodating if hotels could ensure they have extra linens on hand for guests. Other than that, everything was great!

The staff with the exception of the kitchen staff was not hospitable or friendly, the lack of any interaction with guests really took away from the experience. It was really disappointing. The property itself is really nice, and the rooms were great. There was an issue prior to check in and I requested a call back from management, still waiting. Upon departure they would not give me a receipt even though I paid at the property. Once I contacted Expedia, the hotel said they would send one, still waiting. This was our first stay at an IHG property and will probably the last.

We have spent more than 60 night at this hotel while getting medical treatment. The rooms are great and the staff is always friendly. It's clean, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are great. The breakfast is not the best, but you're a block from Village Inn, which has a great and affortable breakfast.

Usually enjoy our stays at Staybridge, but this time was a bit less than desirable. Paid for a Mountain View room and got placed in a basement room by the shuffleboard court (noisy 8 AM to 10 PM). Pool was filthy and cloudy/green. Breakfast was very lackluster compared to other Staybridge hotels. Social hour was hilariously bad compared to other Staybridge hotels. Staff was friendly, however. Location was decent.
