From check-in to check-out, everything was easy. All of the staff were extremely nice and extremely helpful. Each and every one, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the kitchen staff, went out of their way to be helpful and pleasant. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had a nice variety and was fresh. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others!! I was not happy with Hotels.com, which had nothing to do with the hotel, and I do not think I will ever use Hotels.com to book a stay anywhere again. I would have been better off contacting the hotel directly which, having learned my lesson, I will do from now on.

Check in went smooth the lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good. I let the front desk know there was some water on the floor and she went and cleaned it up right away. I would stay here again.

Main objection was humidity in our room. Everything in the room was uncomfortably damp, including our clothes and the sheets, etc., on the bed. The hallway and other areas of the property we visited were not like that. It was so damp that it was difficult to sleep.
