The hotel was quiet and clean. Breakfast fair. The staff member who checked us in did not offer us the complimentary water that we could see behind him, so we had to ask for it later in the day ( I think it was suppose to have included a snack, but we did not get that either. And we are Hilton honors members). Room was clean and bed comfortable
