Upon arriving at the property, I was required to wait approximately 15 minutes before gaining access to the home. After entering, I immediately noticed the property was not in suitable condition for occupancy or professional use. I contacted the homeowner through the app to inquire about the condition of the home, and they explained there had been an emergency which prevented them from cleaning after the previous booking. They stated they would come to the property shortly to clean.Unfortunately, this created a significant issue because the reservation was specifically booked for business purposes, as I was conducting training for new employees of my company. Due to the condition of the property, I was forced to cancel the scheduled training session, resulting in a loss of valuable business time.The home was clearly not prepared for guests. Bed coverings and linens were left scattered on the living room floor, there was a sink full of dirty dishes, the floors appeared unclean and unmopped, and the bathroom toilet seat was not properly attached to the toilet. Approximately an hour later, the homeowner entered through the garage and attempted to explain that they could clean the property while we remained there. This was highly unprofessional, as it would have required us to remain in the property during our reserved time while the home was being cleaned.My team and I offered to clean the property ourselves if the homeowner agreed to refund our payment, since we would eff
