Had prepaid through Expedia but they tried to charge at check in. Explained situation so only took the security, but then at checkout they billed me anyway so have paid twice. They couldn’t refund on site so am waiting til Monday for management to review.

Everything fine except thermostat in room didn’t work. I had changed clothes before I discovered this. Front desk acted like it wasn’t an unusual call. Offered a maintenance visit. I refused because I wasn’t going to redress. Room was very warm. Not good for sleep!

Our second stay in your hotel. Our room is always clean and the breakfast is great. I called ahead to try and get my reservation put on to my Bonvoy app. I was assured that even though I booked through Expedia, they would put it on there, just wouldn’t have points. That’s fine. I don’t care about the points, but I do care about checking and checking out with my app and using my electronic key which I cannot do if you don’t put my reservation on the app. Also, the hotel did not pay attention to my request for feather free, I had to call the front desk when we arrived.

Breakfast was awesome. Lawrence and staff did a great job on breakfast. Room temp was perfect. Having a smart TV would have made the stay perfect.

The person at the desk when I arrived at about 9:30ish was great. I was really disappointed when I came in from touring that the room wasn’t cleaned at all. The tags for the choice of cleaning has the same notice on each side”extended sleep” The front desk didn’t know that I had a three day stay. One person that I ran into in the hall said that there was no hot water for a full day. I missed that. The cleaning service could really be improved and the hrs for precast could be extended to at least 11:00 Location was good as were the beds

This appears to be a newer hotel and overall looked to be in good condition. The breakfast selection was the best we've seen in a long time. Unfortunately, our room was on the side next to a busy road so there was some noise, but not enough to keep us awake. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was excellent.

Very clean hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast staff… Debbie… kept everything well stocked, supplied, and neat. She was awesome. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.
