Now I’m not normally one to complain but This was probably the worst stay in a hotel I’ve ever had- and considering I travel for work and stay in hotels every week, that should speak volumes. 1. Upon arriving, the hotel lobby smelled like a Rastafarian’s den and was overwhelming “loud”. 2. The room stank like an old attic. 3. The beds were definitely thin mattresses because I could hear and feel the springs anytime I got in or out of bed. 4. The comforters on the bed were as thin as the sheets, and no other blankets were available. 5. The walls were coated in grime and in desperate need of a repainting. 6. The pillows were flat and lazily tossed on the bed so I kind of had an idea what the housekeepers considering “quality work”. 7. The bathroom counter was filthy with burn marks and dirt. 8. The bathroom mirror was busted. 9. The sink was cracked down the center. 10. Found a Bobby pin in the floor and realized nobody swept or mopped based on the curly hairs all over the floor. 11. More curly hairs on the toilet lid & seat. 12. More curly and short brown hairs in the shower. Again, I’m a platinum blonde so I know they weren’t mine. 13. There was black crud all over the shower walls, curtain and soap dispensers. 14. The shower barely got hot and had zero water pressure. 15. Three separate times I asked front desk about noise you could hear in the lobby. She said they were kicking them out. It continued til 0300. I had to be up at 0500 for work. Checked out.

The worst place I’ve ever stayed. It is super 8 so I didn’t have high expectations. I only went there for the indoor pool which may have well just been outside. Ended up having to take the kids somewhere else to swim. Had connecting rooms, one room flooded at 3 am while we all were sleeping and was awakened to someone beating the door down to let us know, which I’m glad they woke us for but how rude the staff was about it was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. Was offered a room change but wouldn’t be a connecting room since only one flooded. We had 5 kids and specifically needed the connecting rooms. No shop vac was available to suck up the toilet water that flooded the floor. Instead they soaked up with towels and offered at fan of which we could only use if we left the door open. So we had to move all our stuff to one room to leave a few hours and take the kids swimming somewhere so we could attempt to dry the floor out. Was offered no kind of reimbursement for the huge inconvenience and time out of a room I had paid for. And when I mentioned it to the guy at the front desk when he was offering the fan, I may have had a bit of an attitude but he just walked off with the fan and said nothing until I went back down after moving everything and had to ask for it. From speaking with a few others guests and seeing myself a guest ask for a plunger, the plumbing clearly seems to be a huge problem at this location. They had nothing to offer for the inconvenience.

Everything was fine except no coffee maker in the room. Also, false advertisement of the pool because it's nasty. It looks like it needs cleaned severely. It was also the same temperature in pool room as was outdoors.

Room was still dirty. Tables and fridge still had slime or gunk on them. Ice bin was nasty on the inside. Someone forgot their sunglasses in the room and house cleaning didnt even pick them up. No screen on the window. Curtain was about to fall off. The beds were partially made. Whole hotel smelled of weed. Trash was threw the whole hallway. Will definitely not be returning nor recommending that location to anyone.

Beds extremely uncomfortable most rooms are right by the highway so you will not get any sleep. The swimming pool area is freezing cold absolutely no heat at all whatsoever in the middle of winter and their continental breakfast might as well be nonexisting they say what do you expect? It’s a continental breakfast, however they have corn cornflakes and raisin bread for cereal no fruit no bread and a Belgian waffle machine that is what their continental breakfast consist of.
