The property although dated, is clean. The room was clean, had a large bathroom area with large sink counter. The shower was a tiled walk-in shower.
Arrival and check in was easy as was check out. The person running the counter was friendly and helpful. I did not use the breakfast area but had a cup of coffee.
Very fair price for a clean room.

The breakfast was really the only thing that wasn't up to expectations. It was more of a "Grab and Go" type setup than a continental breakfast. Other than that it was great.

I arrived late in the evening after a very long day. Once checked and finally found parking about a block away from my room I went to the room that was so darn hot it was miserable for almost an hour. This is south central Texas in October yes the weather is cooler but not so cool that the air conditioning should be completely off.

The staff was incredibly kind and the room was very clean. I highly recommend for someone who’s looking for a cost efficient way of traveling. I will be making this a regular pit stop on my drives cross country

As Soon as we arrived and picked up our cards for the room ..Our room reeked of cigarette smoke..OMG I mean HEAVY Cigarette SMELL ! My Daughter and Son quickly traded rooms with us , I wanted them to fix the situation but my Family was like it's ONE night lets just not make a fuss... the room had a Wet smell- like an OLD House -the A/C in the rooms never truly cooled- the WIFI >forget about it ! On the Flip Side: the rooms were very clean and the ICE was nice and this was is all I have to say. 1star

Surprising gem in the middle of nowhere! From the outside, this facility looks slightly worn as you pass, but the inside was immaculate, comfortable, and well-furnished. The staff was helpful and concerned about meeting our individual needs. I heard no noise overnight and the wi-fi was strong. Refrigerator and microwave looked new. A gas station/food mart was right next door and easy to access for snacks. We dipped our toes in the pool which was crystal clear and inviting. Our only disappointment was breakfast: milk and orange drink, two highly-sugary cereals, a few tiny pre-packaged muffins and honeybuns, coffee and bananas. Nonetheless, we would stay again in a heartbeat!
