Bakersfield is a personal favorite of ours for their delicious margaritas and the tacos are to die for.. and right down the block! One home is the downstairs unit of a two-unit building. It’s fully private with its own entrance, kitchen, bathrooms, and living space. (Note: there's a separate upstairs unit that is not included in this listing.)

The second home is a side-by-side duplex right next door — also fully private with its own entrance and amenities.

While the two homes are not connected on the inside, they’re literally just three steps apart, making it easy to move between them while still enjoying your own space and privacy.

It’s the perfect setup for guests who want to stay close — but not too close! 😄
