This 3bd/2bth Single Family home is truly your home away from home. Located in a quiet neighborhood, minutes from Fort Moore Army Base, Columbus State University, South Commons Softball Complex, Coca-Cola Space Science Center, Piedmont and Saint Francis Hospitals, mid-town/downtown Columbus attractions and Peachtree shopping mall. Home includes modern tile wrap and décor in both bathrooms, hardwood floors, newly installed climate control windows, kitchen pantry, stainless steel appliances, spacious laundry room, access to Free Wi-Fi and your favorite local shows and movies provided by Netflix.

This home features a multi car expanded driveway, spacious covered back patio with newly installed privacy fence. No need to travel to do your laundry, as your home includes a spacious laundry room. The gallery kitchen has everything you could need, including stainless stove, dishwasher, microwave. It is equipped with pots, pans, plates, and dinnerware. There is a dining area in the kitchen to enjoy morning coffee or a bite. Home includes spacious living room and dining room.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with smart TV, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom. With a chest drawer and nightstand, huge walk-in closet, you’ll have plenty of space for your clothes and personal belongings.

The second bedroom includes a full-size bed with drawers beneath the bed, attached bookshelf with remote lighting, ceiling fan and closet space includes shelf to hang and fold clothing and or store personal items.

The third bedroom includes a full-size bed with drawers beneath the bed, reading lamp attached to bed, closet space, ceiling fan and shelf to hang and fold clothing and or store personal items.

Home has separate laundry room with newly installed large Samsung washer and dryer with three-part shelf cabinet to store laundry detergent/sheets and towels. Access to iron board and iron for use.

Take time to unwind in the backyard with a newly installed privacy fence, Wi-Fi, local channels and Netflix.

While the neighborhood is quiet and safe, a security alarm has been added for your additional peace of mind.

We had a fantastic stay. Communication with the host was prompt, clear, and helpful from booking through checkout, which made everything seamless. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It felt welcoming the moment we walked in. Close to everything

We stayed for our sons turning green ceremony. It was clean, and comfortable. Had everything we needed. The pleasant surprise of cold water and snacks when we got there was great. Extra towels was a plus as well. If you’re looking for a nice and quiet place for your family and new soldier you won’t go wrong here.

Excellent stay away home from home

Me and my family had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this beautiful cozy place. My family and I are from California and had never experienced anything like this, it was so mind blowing not just the beautiful town of Columbus but the people were so friendly. I recommend to anyone that has a military servant and needs a comfortable stay, to look into the cozy brick house it's definitely your home away from home.

Great Spot for Turning Green

My family and I stayed at Moveta’s property for my son’s Turning Green Ceremony this past weekend. The location was close to the base and she had clear directions on how to get to the visitor’s center. The Cozy Brick Ranch house was our home away from home. The check in process was easy and we had all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable for us and my Soldier to rest!! Communication with Moveta was easy and questions were answered quickly which was very helpful.

Let me first say this, Moveta’s home is EMACULANT! This property is cozy, clean & in a SAFE QUIET environment/neighborhood. The location is great very close to Fort Moore, several restaurants, downtown river walk & Peach Tree mall. Moveta reall my cared for me as her guest to make sure I was comfortable. She takes pride in her property I would definitely stay again in the future and recommend this place to family & friends. I had a terrific stay!!!

My 17yr old son and I stayed here for my other son’s ceremony at Ft Moore. It was a cute, clean home in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It’s around 20 min to base depending on which gate you go to. Within 25 min to all the areas restaurants, shops etc. Awesome communications from the host, Moveta. Great place for my son to relax during his weekend leave! Would recommend!

I recommend this beautiful place, My son graduation from Ford moore army base and it was only minutes away, the owner left everything we need to make it feel at home, my son has a placent 3 day pass, and felt he was at home, i was able to make his favor meals, everything was perfect and beautiful.
