Great staff but as others have said this place needs a fix up. Room was clean but dated and overall property was dingy. They still have the banner over the sign that said Double tree and stickers all over inside of anything that had the same. First floor smelled as if they are working on updating but upper floors are not done up.

Nothing good about this location. They never cleaned are room and had to get clean towels the next day are self. Had to ask that the diety towels be removed. Cleaning crew told us we had to ask to have anything done. It cost us 269.00 for 2 days and was the biggest rip off.

Upon entering my room the light in the entrance was burnt out. So I entered in complete darkness. Also the draperies don’t close. They are partials. So I only had shears and I faced the parking lot. It was not a comfortable feeling. My coffee maker did not work. That was not a good start to my morning.

First of all we wanted to stay there for the pool and the meals. And neither happen the pool and spa not working after we called before checking in. And no full breakfast on our days there which was Wed Thur Sat. And haven't gotten refund back of $100 for each room

If you are closing your pool you should notify guests so they do t show up with disappointed kids and when my door look jams and you don’t have any smart employees to fix it and I have to break in it myself with a butter knife I have a problem, bad service will never stay here again

The room needed painting walls were terrible sheets on bed old and torn it looked like stuff was splashed on walls. The bar and restaurant staff was nice but the front desk people need more training on how to interact with customers

This place is disgusting! They do not even have a sign it’s a plastic banner..pictures are nothing like how it looks. There wasn’t even a lamp shade on the lamp. We had one towel for four people and the cleaning staff knocked on doors all throughout the night. I will NEVER stay at any Wyndham again!
