The staff was unhelpful. We asked for a hair dryer on Fri night. Told we had to wait till Dat. We called 3 times and still had to go and pick one up from the front desk. Due to this delay, we missed breakfast. We had breakfast on Sunday. Eggs cold, french toast was hard, bacon was over cooked. Not worth the $11.99 we were charged. Trash all around the hotel, food wrappers, plastic milk jug and bottles. There was a smell when we got to our floor. Not a disenfectant but close to it. It was in our room too. Not pleasant. Staff was rude on the phone and did hang up on us. Never had a problem with this chain before. Not returning.

The hot tub was tab was taped off, so that was a bummer... Breakfast there you have to pay $15 each, so we just went to a near by IHOP! Our room wasn't terrible especially for the price, we did have a leaky bathroom faucet. The housekeeping services were great! The second floor halls could definitely use new carpet.

Disappointing

Breakfast was not free as website leads you to believe. Hotel is very dirty and dingy. Hair everywhere, trash in rooms, smelly and lamps didn't work. Changed room once but still bad room. Front desk was rude and would not acknowledge me. Elevator was shaky,loud, long and felt unsafe. Hot Tub was out of service which we were looking forward to. Bathtub and headrest had gross dried on stuff

Very nice looking when you first walk in and then you go to the elevators and see it’s not as nice as the entrance. The room we first got the toilet wasn’t working and had a bit of a smell. We then got another room which was better. Elevators, hallways and room definitely needs an upgrade. It’s okay of a place

The customer service at my PM check in was awful he simply told me I needed my charge card so that it could be ran so I could pay for the room, then handed me a small envelope with the room cards in it and that was it! The woman that was handling the desk on the day of my departure was not very nice either, I took my room cards to her and stated that I would like to check out she took my cards threw them in a wire basket and looked at me and said ok, I will get you checked out, I said thank you is there any way I could get a printed receipt she said NO one will be emailed to you, I still have not received a receipt from my stay! The room that we stayed in was ok clean but could have been better, I was not given a WiFi number/pin to use while I was there, My tv kept going out stating didn't have service was trying to find signal and then when it found a signal only a few stations worked. The Hot tub was not working it was Under cleaning maintenance , however, no-one worked on it the 3 days we were there, also I was told that I had a buffet breakfast included, but when I went to breakfast the first morning I was asked to pay and I stated no that breakfast was included with my online reservation the young lady said oh you reserved online well I don't have a sheet so I will let you go this time, the next morning I chose to go waffle house! The Lobby was beautiful I had no issues with any of the guest or any of the cleaning crew. Thank You

Room was clean. Hotel was quiet, only heard one loud noise ( door shutting) around 10pm. The building is old, doesnt look like a hotel on the outside. Staff was very nice and professional. Parking was excellent. Did not use any amenities of the hotel.
