hotels.com has poor customer service

This was a good hotel but I booked the room for August 15. When I got there they had no reservation for me. Before I clicked the final payment button on hotels.com I went back to the page to get the address and it must have changed the date. A waste of money. I have used this website for years and never had this happen. I had to pay for a room through Hyatt Place and for this reservation because you have no customer service to call anymore. I could not get a switch of dates. I will never use hotels.com again.
