Large BnB with Pool! The White House & Cottage

Summary:
With both the main house and the attached guest house, you can sleep up to 18 people in 6 bedrooms and sleeper sofas! This is the perfect spot for a large family get-together, whether it’s for graduation or other special occasion.
If you are traveling to Columbus or Fort Moore with a large group, this is the place for you! Total of 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that allow you to gather the whole family together! We hope to host you!

The Space:
The main house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor, there are two living spaces and one has a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a full-sized washer and dryer, a formal dining room, three bedrooms (one with a king, two with a queen), and a full bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one with two full beds and one with two twin beds) and another full bathroom. All linens and toiletries are included.
The cottage is accessed on the side of the main home. It houses a bedroom, a living room with a sleeper sofa, a kitchenette, a breakfast nook, and a full bathroom. Perfect for another couple or part of the family to have a bit of privacy! Great backyard with a pool, patio, and a grill! Plenty of parking!
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code 24 hours prior to your arrival. You will have access to the full house and backyard. There are no other tenants or guests on the property.
Please note: the pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and is not heated. Please reach out if you have additional questions!

NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Located in midtown on a large corner lot with giant mature trees. You are less than 3 miles from St. Francis Hosptial and downtown Columbus. A stones throw away from everything else you might need including grocery and restaurants!

Getting Around:
We recommend driving but Uber and Lyft are available in the area as well.

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
