Perfect for a family get together for my Dad’s 80th birthday Well equipped house, plenty of space for a family of 10 - age range from 8 to 80. The garden is great, dog friendly but not 100% secure as our dog will always find a way out so we just kept him on a long lead. Only suggestions for even better if’s - some glass tumblers & more clarity on the bin arrangements , perhaps labels on the kitchen bin.

Great communication from the host before and throughout our stay. House is in a great location on a quiet street. We stayed with 7 adults and 4 children and we had plenty of space and the house met all our needs. Would recommend.

Lovely spacious and updated home with plenty of space for our family of 5. We were supposed to have 4 more people staying with us and there would have been plenty of room. Nice quiet family neighborhood. Lidl grocery store a 10 minute walk. Matthew is a very responsive and gracious host.

Great family holiday

The house was just perfect for us all 7 adults and 5 children. Seating area and bedrooms were great and the play area was a hit with the children. We loved the location short drive to the beach with easy parking and we visited Llandudno, Conwy castle and the local shops were good.

Nice location good for family get together

Overall property very nice , owner excellent at communication. Bedrooms, bathrooms, lounge and dining room well decorated and ideal for large family gathering. Would stay again.Couple of areas I would say for improvement.1 kitchen cupboards could do with updating, one was hanging off when we arrived.2. As its dog friendly I would recommend the garden its fenced off as it’s open from back to front ie wraparound and our dogs could get over /through driveway gate
