Small chalet with air conditioning and comfortable VA garden

Small portion of chalet on the first floor, in a quiet area and 450 meters from the central avenue of Pomposa Lido and the beach. With a nice garden, where you can also stay and eat, the house is small but very welcoming and bright. Access to the apartment is from a balcony where you can relax by reading a good book. Entering the living room you can notice the open kitchenette immediately and you have access to the two bedrooms, one double and one with a single bed besides the bathroom.
The house is equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning and washing machine. Outside the garden there is a numbered parking place adjacent to the pedestrian gate.

IN THE PRICE IS NOT INCLUDED THE LIVING FEE (payable locally and in cash) of € 0.30 per person per night, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are excluded from the payment.
