Great location and house. Roberto was superfriendly. Would really recommend this property to all who would like to enjoy the warmth and beauty of the south of France.

Maison avec baignade impossible

Villa avec Ă©tang - Fuyez ! Locataires du 27 juillet au 3 aoĂ»t 2024, nous avons eu quelques dĂ©convenues avec ce logement. Le jour de notre arrivĂ©e, le propriĂ©taire nous annonce que la piscine n’est pas utilisable. « les locataires prĂ©cĂ©dents ont vidĂ© trop d’eau, la filtration s’est arrĂȘtĂ©e. Je vais faire le nĂ©cessaire ». La piscine est en effet verte, remplie d’algues, ne manquent plus que les grenouilles
 MalgrĂ© un passage quotidien du propriĂ©taire, pour traiter (a priori, pas de la bonne maniĂšre) et nettoyer la piscine, nous n’en verrons jamais le fond
 Quelle importance ?? Qu’y a-t-il au fond ? Plus rien, car le revĂȘtement de la piscine avec son dauphin, et la rose des vents sur le mur juste au dessus, ont Ă©tĂ© remplacĂ©s
 On ne sait pas trop quand, mais les photos de l’annonce n’ont jamais Ă©tĂ© mises Ă  jour
 La villa dispose d’un jardin d’hiver, mais les plantes y sont en piteux Ă©tat, car « les locataires prĂ©cĂ©dents ont dĂ» fermer les baies vitrĂ©es et les plantes ont eu trop chaud ». Qu’importe, cela semble faire le bonheur de bon nombre d’araignĂ©es qui ont Ă©lu domicile dans cette piĂšce. AraignĂ©es qui sont, elles, rentrĂ©es parce que « dans le sud, on vit tout ouvert »  Elles Ă©taient ouvertes ou fermĂ©es ces baies vitrĂ©es ?!? C’est Ă  n’y rien comprendre
 En tout cas, arachnophobes, fuyez ! Globalement, la maison est donc comme sur les photos de l’annonce mais avec quelques annĂ©es de plus au compteur et ce qui semble ĂȘtre un manque d’entretien. Impossible pour nous de pr

SĂ©jour au calme

Roberto vous accueille chaleureusement chez lui. Le contact et la Immunisation sont trĂšs faciles et sincĂšres. La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse, Ă©quipĂ©e pour passer de bons moments de dĂ©tente et de loisirs, bien adaptĂ©e Ă  un grand groupe. MAIS cette belle maison n’est pas du tout adaptĂ©e Ă  des enfants et/ou des adultes avec difficultĂ©s physiques et/ou des animaux handicapĂ©s (comme ce fut le cas pour nous). En effet, les espaces extĂ©rieurs sont amĂ©nagĂ©s en restanques non sĂ©curisĂ©es, et les marches menant de la terrasse Ă  la piscine sont tres hautes. N’hĂ©sitez pas Ă  ĂȘtre trĂšs clairs sur la composition de votre groupe (animaux compris, ce que nous n’avons pas fait), et Roberto vous conseillera sur la possibilitĂ© de sĂ©journer en sĂ©curitĂ© dans sa maison. Nous garderons un trĂšs bon souvenir de notre sĂ©jour, qui nous a permis de dĂ©couvrir le calme et les richesses de l’arriĂšre pays de Montpellier.

Séjour idéal pour le repos

Villa confortable, trÚs bien équipée et située dans un environnement trÚs calme, avec une vue magnifique, idéale pour un séjour destiné au repos. La piscine, bien entretenue, a rendu nÎtre séjour agréable en cette période de canicule. Petit moins, il n'y a qu'une chambre équipée de la clim, et en cette période trÚs chaude, nous l'aurions apprécié dans les autres chambres Globalement, nous sommes satisfaits de cette location

Grande maison, propre, avec tous les Ă©quipements qu il faut. Terrasse top, Endroit tres calme Superbe piscine. A faire attention s il y a des enfants.
