Welcome to Concarneau, a jewel of the southern coast of Finistère! Located in the heart of the city centre, just 800 metres from the beaches and a stone's throw from the port, the Ville Close and shops, this furnished apartment is the ideal pied-à-terre to discover this maritime city with authentic charm. Fully equipped to accommodate 2 people, it offers you a practical and warm setting to fully enjoy everything the city has to offer.
Enter through the entrance door and discover, on your right, an independent and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave), with everything you need to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, you will have a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle and a toaster. A small counter will allow you to have your meals in complete tranquility.
At the end of the corridor, the warm living area opens up to you. You can share a meal at the dining table or relax in the lounge area, equipped with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a television.
The room offers a King Size bed (180x200 cm), convertible into two single beds according to your needs, as well as a storage wardrobe.
The bathroom includes a shower, a hairdryer and a toilet.
The accommodation does not have a private parking space, but free spaces are available on the street.
Finally, a room located in the basement is at your disposal for storing your bicycles.
