What could be better than a studio on the water, to immediately feel like a vacation ? Take advantage of its large terrace to watch the sea and its sunsets !



The space :



This lovely studio is located in the neighborhood of Les Sables Blancs, with its magnificent beach of the same name, which is just down the residence " LE PHARE ", secured by a code. For greater accessibility, Sunset is on the ground floor.



Ideal for a couple, Sunset has a wonderful view of the sea, and is located opposite Concarneau's Thalasso. This can allow you to enhance your stay with a moment of relaxation !



Very bright, this pleasant studio is composed of a living area with a sofa bed, a well appointed kitchen (with a Senseo coffee pod), and a bathroom with a washing machine. The toilets are accessible by the bathroom, but are separated by a door for greater privacy.



In fine weather, take advantage of the terrace to eat outside facing the sea, or to relax on its two deckchairs. The terrace is sheltered on one side, which can allow you to enjoy the outside even in mixed weather.



For your comfort, a parking space is at your disposal with the rental of the apartment, it is located at the bottom of the building, and bears the N°2.



Linen rental:

Our concierge offers you the rental of linens for the duration of your stay : Set of sheets + bath towels: €20 per bed.

Bedding size: 1 sofa bed 140/190.
