Un hotelito, no esperen mucho.
El clima de la zona y la ubicación geográfica es la fortaleza del hotel.Ya dentro del hotel, el personal si son amables, aunque un joven al momento de registrarnos estaba molesto porque habíamos hecho la reservación por internet y a el no le habían informado, cosa que a nosotros no nos interesaba pues era un asunto de ellos internamente. Las habitaciones y la infraestructura no son tan malas, vimos que a muchas personas que se hospedaban les parecían buenas, si sentimos que el precio es alto en comparación con la calidad de las habitaciones. En resumen, el hotel es bueno para llegar a dormir y pasar el día recorriendo los pueblos que hay en esa zona.

Mejorando el servicio
Me pareció todo casi perfecto solo creo que se necesita de mejorar un poco mas la apariencia de la habitación como el closet y en el baño podría ofrecerse un poco mas de recursos como jabón y toallas. En cuanto al restaurante se podría ampliar el servicio de carta. Lo demás me pareció muy bueno, gracias por atendernos.

el clima sabroso para compartir las cobijas y esto que solo nos pusieron el covertizo de la cama puens no tenia sabanas solo un protector del colchon,aseado ordenado atentos la alimentacion.....por norma de la familia la ropa de cama y toallas de los hoteles no las usamos.por lo demas todo bien gracias.mis hijos con deseos de volver.

El hotel es bueno (nada más). Lo mejor que tiene son los jardines. Sin embargo en mi habitación no tenía señal de internet; el desayuno es decente. Considerando el precio, hubiera esperado un poco más.

El Hotel es atendido por gente no capcitada
Hable al hotel pra confirmar la compra y me dijeron en primer lugar que ya no habia espacio, de una manera hasta burlesca por parte de la recepcionista,llame a oficinas centrales y me dijeron que me corresponderian a lo cual tuve una hora despues que llamar nuevamente, en esta ocasion se me dijo que el Gerente tenia el caso y que me corresponderia, volvi entonces a llamar al Hotel de Montana la misma persona me confirmo que si yo tenia una reservacion "Ni modo , se me tenia que dar una habitacion", nunca hable con el Gte. La comida es mala, probamos una carne y un postre. La Habitacion es bien sencilla , con dos botellas de agua de las mas pequenas, no hay gaveteros, no hay aire acondicinado unicamente un ventilador de techo. El lugar es muy bonito pero lo atienden personas que no saben como tratar huespedes.
