To start with, the person at the front desk that checked us in was as warm, friendly and welcoming as a cold wet rag. No greeting. No smile. No conversation. Wednesday and Thursday nights SUN RUN was parked in the closest 2 parking spaces. ( No handicap placards were displayed) When brought to the attention of the person at the front desk she responded with "Oh" On Saturday, we put our privacy notice on the inside of our door so we could get clean towels. When that didn't happen, we spoke once again to the person at the front desk. She immediately told my husband that out privacy notice was on the door and WE would need to bring them our towels...When I brought them to her I told her that her cleaning people must not be able to read. She told me "Yes they can" She took the towels and went through a door. A minute or so later another woman stood in the door way and stated" My people can read" I'm assuming that was Sandra, the manager. She never left that doorway. She never made any attempt to apologize or have any type of conversation She just stated several times that her staff could read. Then she closed the door and walked away. A minute or so later, the other desk person emerged with a stack of towels that she placed on the counter. I said "Thank You" There was no response. Never have I had such poor service at your hotel. It is the most convenient for us to stay at but for the price, I guess we'll stay in Brentwood where the staff is trained
