Located in the tranquil outskirts of Conil de la Frontera, El Descanso Conil 3 is part of a living complex with a gorgeous shared pool area. Situated on the ground floor, the vacation apartment in sleek, cream-colored decor consists of a living/dining room with air conditioning, a well-equipped, pass-through kitchen with beautiful tiling and bar stools, 1 bedroom with a double bed as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine, satellite television and a baby cot (upon request). In the communal outdoor area, relax in the garden on the sun loungers and refresh yourself in the cool water of the large pool, equipped with a unique waterfall feature and a luxurious jacuzzi. Round off your evenings on your private patio, furnished with a table and chairs, and savour a glass of wine or a delicious meal as the sun sets. A spectacular selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are located in the heart of Conil de la Frontera, which is about 5 km or a 7-minute drive away. The gorgeous sandy beach Playa Fuente del Gallo, is only about 7 minutes driving or 12 km from the property. Here you can soak up the Spanish sun and admire the waves rolling up on shore.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Please note that the beach chairs and sun umbrellas of the pool area are not to be brought to the beach. Parties and events are not allowed.
