The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. It is simple yet cozy — ideal for those seeking functionality and a great location. It’s laid out on a single floor and features a comfortable living room, a gas kitchen fully equipped with all the utensils needed to cook with ease, and a washing machine. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with a bunk bed with two single beds, and a third with two single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub completes your stay.

In the surrounding area, you can enjoy the typical atmosphere of Conil, with its whitewashed streets, lively squares, and the nearby golden sandy beach. From here, it's easy to explore on foot or by car other gems along the Costa de la Luz. It’s an ideal base for a peaceful holiday close to the sea, with everything within reach.
