Tranquil Family Friendly Home "Tramontana" with Wi-Fi, Covered Terrace & Garden

Just a short drive from the stunning beaches and coves of the coastline, the holiday home Tramontana sits on a fenced, 1600 m² property in the tranquil landscape outside Conil de la Frontera. The charming holiday home with simple decoration consists of a living/dining room with a cosy fireplace, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds; one with 2 bunk beds for 2 people each) as well as 2 bathrooms with a showe and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and cable television. The washing machine is located outside the property, inside the back room near the swings. In the spacious, private outdoor area of the property, a healthy lawn with shady trees and a small playground awaits you. On the beautiful, covered terrace, equipped with a romantic porch swing and bench, you can relax in the evenings with a glass of wine in the fresh air. There is furthermore a barbecue available to prepare delicious meals, where you can round off long days together under the night sky. A supermarket and a couple local restaurants are less than 100 m away, while a fantastic array of shops, eateries, bars and cafes can be found in the centre of Conil de la Frontera, which is 5.6k m or a 7-minute drive away. Furthermore, the home is terrifically location in order to visit some of the most beautiful beaches of the region: among them are Playa Fuente del Gallo (4.7 km away), the coves of Calas del Quinto y Camacho (5.8 km away) and the southern end of Playa de la Barrosa (9.7 km away). You can reach all of these within a 15-minute drive!



Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.

Pets are allowed if requested in advance.

Due to the new local regulation of Conil de la Frontera, it is forbidden to disturb the peace and quiet of neighbors and pedestrians. Thus, loud noise during the hours between 11 pm to 7 am is not allowed. This property is therefore intended for families and couples and is not suitable for young groups of friends under 25.

The pool is open between the 15th of April and the 15th of October.
