Villa "Fuentes" with Private Terrace, Shared Pool and Garden, Families Only

Villa Fuentes, with 150 m² in Conil de la Frontera, is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing family holiday. The villa consists of two fully connected houses, with a total of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two kitchens, and two living rooms.



Both houses have air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms. They are also equipped with an oven and dishwasher.



Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex.



The accommodation offers a spacious porch with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. The private covered terrace is perfect for enjoying meals outdoors with your loved ones. There is also a barbecue.



You can enjoy a large shared garden and an outdoor pool (shared with four other holiday accommodations).



Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed.



The pool will remain closed in the low season (from November to February, inclusive).



Please note that the Conil Town Hall has a municipal ordinance to ensure good coexistence, which does not allow noise that interferes with the rest of the neighbours or disturbs coexistence. Failure to comply with this rule is subject to penalties.



The villa is not rented to groups of young people, only to families. Parties are not allowed.
