Friendly courteous...and fornthe breakfasts, Mitchell was a joy, very helpful, onnthenspot for any needs/help... I accidentally locked myself out one with the bracket lock...found a memner of housekeeping just down the hallway she notified staff ..within 5 minutes i was back in my room!

Heating and a/c made an extremely loud noise for 2 days. I asked front desk to fix or get me another room and they said maintenance would look at it. Still the same. Maybe something hitting the fan blades. No help or discount from hotel.
