The property was very clean and affordable. The location was convenient for our purposes of visiting family in Tomball. The breakfast was quite basic, but adequate.

First a little skeptical because it was the cheapest hotel around, we were very pleased with everything. Exactly as pictured, the rooms were spacious and clean. Finally a place with carpet in the rooms. Staff was very friendly. Will stay here again.
